Nice site, good pub and food was great!
Nice and relaxed campsite and pub. Food was delicious.
Will be back in July.
Found the Cotton Arms by accident whilst mooring overnight on the canal. Friendly staff serve very tasty value for money meals. A great place offering all the facilities you require for friends to gather with their boats, campers, caravans or tents. Great little convenience store a short walk round the corner too.
Great food and beautifully kept beer. An essential stop when boating on the Llangollen.
What a brilliant place, a proper pub, great hosts, good choice of ales, brill food – all home cooked and outside for camping etc.
Absolutely love this place, go every chance we get. Staff wonderful, food fantastic.
Breakfast. Amazing. Best sausages ever.
Lovely site, very friendly and lovely pub food!
We had a meal here on the last night of our family narrow boat holiday. Good varied menu of traditional British fayre, generous portions went down well accompanied by the real ales on offer. Friendly atmosphere with excellent service and value. So good we went back for breakfast the next morning.
To arrive at a restaurant on a Saturday evening wanting a table for four often ends with you being turned away. However, the staff in the Cotton Arms despite being very busy managed to find us a table. I am glad that they did as we had a wonderful meal accompanied by excellent beers.
We stayed over in the caravan park attached to the cotton arms, it was was lovely, peaceful and I would recommend it, we ate at the pub, fantastic portions AND fantastic quality too. Good hosts at the pub nothing too much trouble. Also free wifi in the pub! Always a bonus!!?
